Entire Swath catalog (finally) now available on iTunes and other online stores

FINALLY….

Along with being available in CD format, our new album, “Confluence”, is now available via download at iTunes (U.S. and Canada), Amazon, Napster and Rhapsody.

Our first album, “A Bygone Era” and our first one-song demo, “True Position”, are available, too.

Like every other tune at the stores, pricing should be $0.99 per song (though we hope you’ll download the full albums rather than just single songs since we wrote, recorded and released the tunes a certain way to create a certain whole effect).

It was a lot more of a hassle than we thought to get these up (see Tunecore Trouble post 1 and post 2) but hopefully, having downloads available will be a lot easier for people who want to listen to their favorite Swath right away.

However, if you’re like me and still like the old-fashioned-ness of holding an actual CD with cover art in your hands, please contact us at bijoydatta@yahoo.com to place an order.

How did you got into iTunes? What’s your final opinion on TuneCore?

TuneCore got us on iTunes and we’ve made a few sales. But, ultimately, I’m unhappy with the service and wouldn’t use them if I had to do it over again. Don’t get me wrong, they ultimately got our stuff where we paid to have it, but it really rubbed me the wrong way that we were outright ignored by their customer service until I blogged about them.

    Thank you for the posts.
